Garden of Planned Obsolescence
A large sculpture made of obsolete Apple devices that critiques our economy and culture built on planned obsolescence.

E-waste is the fastest growing municipal waste stream in the world. We wanted to make the staggering number of obsolete devices a visceral experience. Using obsolete Apple products sourced from a local electronics recycling center we made an Apple “tree” that references the biblical story of original sin.
